I'm JessE, a 27 year old living in the metro Detroit area. My husband (as of Oct 2013!!), and I live in a 1600sq ft house along with our dog Snoops. I am constantly looking at ways to make our life simpler and healthier. I believe that by creating and doing more things around the household ourselves that we will not only become healthier but save money as well. Some of our most recent changes have been:
- Homemade Laundry Detergent
- Shampoo Bars
- Backyard Garden
- Mostly Vegetarian Diet
- Supplementing our heat with a wood burner
